ZEUS REVENUE SYSTEMS
Privacy Policy
How we handle website inquiries and contact requests.

Who we are
Zeus Financial Network Corp. operates this website under the proposed Zeus Revenue Systems brand. DBA registration is pending. Contact us at privacy@zeusrs.com or by mail at 26632 Towne Centre Drive, Suite 300, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610.
Information you provide
Our business inquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, approximate monthly lead volume, current CRM if known, a description of your needs, and an optional phone number. We use this information to respond, discuss a possible pilot, prepare a quote, and maintain a record of the conversation. Please do not include prospect lists, passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated marketing calls, texts, or email campaigns. We do not collect marketing consent through this form.
How the form and demo work
When you submit the form, your information is sent to this website’s WordPress server and saved in a private inquiry inbox accessible to authorized administrators. Inquiry contents are encrypted in the application’s database. This launch version does not automatically forward inquiries to an email service or CRM. We will update this notice if the submission process changes.
The interactive demo uses fictional conversations and illustrative reporting, except for the separately labeled, owner-reported five-day debt-settlement results. Calculator entries stay in the page and are not submitted to us. The video and its captions are hosted with the website. No analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party video player is included in this site.
The server processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the form, including network addresses. The inquiry plugin temporarily uses a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions; this expires after ten minutes. Hosting and security systems may separately maintain operational logs. The site’s demo does not use browser storage to save your entries; your browser may independently offer autofill.
Email and service providers
Clicking an email link opens your email application. Messages you send reach our business mailbox and are handled by the relevant email providers. Our hosting provider and authorized technical administrators may process website information to operate, maintain, and secure the site. We use inquiry information to respond and discuss services, not to run automated marketing through this website.
Retention
For inquiries that do not become client relationships, we retain inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last recorded contact. Our WordPress inbox has a scheduled cleanup for that period. We apply the same retention approach to related business inquiry correspondence. Records needed for a client relationship are handled separately under the applicable service arrangements and recordkeeping requirements. Backup copies follow the hosting provider’s backup cycle and may remain until those backups expire.
Your requests and contact preferences
Email privacy@zeusrs.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record. We review requests manually and respond as appropriate to the request and applicable requirements. An email request is not an instant automated change to another system.
For contact preferences, email management@zeusrs.com or see our Contact Preferences page. If a client business originally collected your lead information, identify that business so we can help route your request appropriately.
Client services are separate
This notice describes this website and business inquiries. Client-supplied prospect data, contact permissions, calling, texting, recording, retention, and service-provider arrangements must be established for each client’s service. The website form does not authorize prospect outreach or upload a client lead list.
Changes
We will update this page when our website practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
