Our five-day debt-settlement results are shown separately from the illustrative reporting example below.
Actual case study: Debt settlement
Source: owner-reported five-day dashboard snapshot. Of 105 total leads, four direct-call leads are excluded, leaving 101 follow-up leads with 22 confirmed transfers. This is a historical snapshot, not a live feed or simulated performance. A transfer records a connection to a consultant; it does not establish an enrollment, sale or billable conversion. Results vary; this snapshot is not a forecast.

Illustrative path to live transfers
Fictional cohortClear definitions. Separate cohorts.
Engaged means a two-way voice or message conversation. Each illustrative metric counts a prospect once; repeated attempts and transfers do not inflate these counts. In this fictional cohort, 180 of 1,200 leads connected with sales: a 15% illustrative transfer rate.
The adjusted 5-day transfer rate uses 22 reported transfers divided by 101 follow-up leads (105 total leads less 4 direct-call leads). Direct calls are excluded from the denominator and are not added to the transfer count.
The fictional dashboard and actual snapshot describe different cohorts. Do not combine their counts or use one cohort’s numbers to calculate another’s rates.

This example shows the prospect’s interest and conversation context at the live handoff. The handoff process and information your reps receive vary with each client’s setup. AI handles agreed callback confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and missed-call follow-up.
What could your team get back?
Change these inputs to update estimated hours and labor value below. The results page uses separate data and does not change.
Estimates update as you type.
ASSOCIATED LABOR VALUE
An estimate for a conversation, not a promise.
Time = leads × minutes ÷ 60 × share handled. Labor value = estimated hours × hourly cost. The 70% starting share is an editable illustration, not measured performance. Assumes the same average follow-up time for every lead.
This estimates capacity that could be redirected. It is not cash savings, net ROI, revenue or a conversion forecast. System fees, remaining follow-up, oversight and closing time are excluded. Validate assumptions during a pilot.
